Living in Singapore certainly has many perks, one of which is proximity to other Southeast Asian countries. This year we have been fortunate enough to see so many beautiful places, from diving, trekking and watching turtles hatch in Borneo, to chasing waterfalls in Bali, to lying on the beautiful beaches of Krabi, to exploring the vibrant cultural and food scenes of Penang and Brunei. This part of the world could aptly be called paradise.
